We were given a room with a broken tap handle in the bathroom and we weren't informed beforehand.
Shopping (tailor made, malls, …) nearby. Vibrant and exciting nightlife at walking distance. Rooms and hotel are quiet. Superb rooms with jacuzzi on terrace !!!
I experienced problems with entering the room using the access card. The room was 201? The staff was patient to assist me. It took about 25 mins to resolve the problem and finally provide me with a card that can properly access the room. The jacuzzi’s hot water input was very weak and small. It was not big and not hot enough. Although the room was a nine smoking room, I could smell the cigarette smell the moment I entered the room. I had to on the aircon, and open the window to the balcony with jacuzzi just to ventilate the air. I would still like to revisit Fusion Suites in August, but I will stay in the suite without the jacuzzi.

This was my second stay at FS. The jacuzzi suite is really Wow. Charming room and top jacuzzi outside. Best value for money for an jacuzzi suite near Asoke. I will come again next time in Bangkok.
The hotel stay on a good location in Bangkok and the People on the desk are very friendly , on the outside from the hotel you can eat and drink something on a nice location. I can recommend this hotel.

The room was amazing the staff better then amazing. Hard as a rock bed. The bartending asked me for a drink and tried to get a tip from me. I dknt mind tipping but I dont like beggars.
It is my third time staying at Fusion Suite. I choose this suite is because of the convenient location and the friendly staff. The thing that I like:- Convenient location - Short walk to Terminal 21 and Asok BTS - Along the way, there's few massage place and there's 7-11 store be it you are turning left or right when you got out of the suite entrance. Need not worry if you feel hungry in the middle of the night. - Friendly and efficient staff- Fast check-in process- Good Wifi connection- Less noise- Cleanliness is up to par - The concept/design of the room is relax The thing that I dislike:- The bathroom with bathtub, Be it whether you showered with high or low flow of the water, the water will always splatter out of the bathtub even when there's a glass panel, making the bath room really wet. - Hotel/suite only provide one card/room key to enter the room. If you are travelling with you and your partner or friend staying in the same room, and you happen to go out alone and etc. you will need to trouble your friend/partner to open the door later. Other than those small little things I dislike about, Fusion Suite is value for money and the stay was a pleasant one! I will recommend my friends and families and will definitely go back again.
2 satchet of coffee and 2 satchet of sugar is not enough for a whole day
The suite was amazing. Very nice and comfy, especially the outside jacuzzi!!!! The bed was unfortunately rock-hard and too hard for me to sleep. I'll come back for sure when there will be some bedtopper.

Loved the location and the friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were clean however I found my particular room (304) to be a little too dim despite all the lights being switched on. Great hotel especially when considering the price. Would come back again!
